Shipping and delivery

Delivery is calculated from the destination province, each product's shipping class and the quantity ordered. The complete courier fee is shown at checkout before payment.

Province base rates

• Gauteng: R150.
• Free State, Mpumalanga and North West: R250.
• Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Northern Cape and Western Cape: R285.
• In-store pickup: Free.

Product-class adjustments

• Standard parcel (class 2): R50 per item in Gauteng and Proxy provinces; R100 per item in Non Proxy provinces.
• Bulky or heavy item (class 3): R200 per item in Gauteng, R800 per item in Proxy provinces and R1,500 per item in Non Proxy provinces.
• Other retained WooCommerce classes use their original adjustment or no surcharge.

We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote-area delivery may take longer.
