Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We offer a standard, reliable courier service for all orders within South Africa.
Standard Shipping Rate: A flat rate of R150 is applied to all orders, regardless of size or value.
Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been dispatched.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volumes or unforeseen circumstances with the courier service. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
In-Store Pickup
You can choose to skip the shipping fees with our free local pickup service.
Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.
Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within e.g., 24 hours.
We will send you an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@factorydealsonline.co.za with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
